I am wearing an XS and find the fit is true to size. Some people have preferred sizing up for the top length and pants elastic tightness. Make sure to read reviews. But the quality of this set is so good, and the material is that soft air essentials type fabric. I have gotten tons of great feedback from people of all heights. I am 5ft tall and it is very petite friendly, and will give you more of a cropped look if taller.
